    That’s my guy

That run scheme is the best in college football and he’s never had a QB with ability like Richardson

Idk if you can say a coach with a 34-4 record should be fire but Ryan Day has made as good of a case for that as I've ever seen.

Lfgggg what an end to that Florida game pac-12 is such shit that our team beat the “number 7” team in the country. Richardson and Johnson were studs tonight

Has Notre Dame ever had an offense? Like, ever? Who was their last good QB?

Osu nd is a game where you just wish both teams would lose and everyone get injured (not life threatening of course)

Ohio State has the largest gap for how much I hate the school vs. how much I hate the players. Can't help but to be a fan of their guys. Hope they lose every game and make 10 pro bowls

Yes but you probably mean Detroit finishing top 2 and I mean Bryce going 10th or something as QB3

    05 and 06 Notre Dame

    great offenses

    Quinn, Samardzija, Stovall, McKnight

throwing 37 TDs in a pro-style in 2006 was crazy

Woke up and was still amped about the Florida win. I really had no expectation they could pull it off. Still a lot of holes in this team - no receiver showed up last night, run defense was porous, and pass defense gave up some tough situational catches. The season is going to be so up and down week to week, but yesterday was almost as good as Napier could have started his tenure.

I hate that Napier went to Florida so much. But dammit that team looked better than they have in years.

We haven’t had a good coach since Spurrier so hopefully it’s not another Zook, Muschamp, Mullen, or McElwain situation. (Urban was a good coach but he’s a piece of shit person sooo)

I had a lot of faith in both muschamp and Mullen. I didn’t like zook, but that’s only because I was going to hate whoever followed spurrier, especially if it was from a random program like Illinois. Mcelwain was obviously going to be shit from the jump.

Zook is better than any of the three goons after Urban.

    The rivalry is back on

I don’t think Mullen and McElwain were bad per se — Florida just self-destructs every 3-4 years when they realize their coach is merely good and not the next Nick Saban

Mullen and McElwain would throw the football on every down if they could. Napier is the opposite. His style is perfectly timed for what we're seeing in college football.

So many teams still want to spread defenses out and run up-tempo. Napier runs old school football out of spread concepts. It reminds me a lot of when Malzahn first came into college football and no one could stop it. I don't know if it'll ever be that dominant again, but it can have sustained success. Teams are going to start copying those run concepts.

The commentators last night were baffled that he was running the clock down because they just haven't seen that in a long time.
