Georgia-OSU and Michigan-TCU would be a more compelling set of games, I hope they do that

Yep. Only way anything changes is if Georgia somehow lost which would move Mich to 1. Otherwise I think that’s the final four.

I agree, but I see them having OSU jump TCU unfortunately.

If OSU and Bama both get in over TCU...

even giving OSU a shot just feels so dirty. They had their chance and blew it. Granted you can make the same argument for everyone else. But just feels wrong.

My only question with the new 12 team format. So I love that you only get a bye if you win conf champ. No issue with Clemson and Kansas state getting byes. Its a fun wrinkle.

But does Utah get the 5 seed or is it if you're not top 4, you get seeded accordingly. I would do the latter

    Tulane @ Ohio state (5)
    Utah @ TCU (6)
    Penn State @ Tennessee (7)
    USC @ Alabama (8)

I love this system. So much debate but great games

Is TCU actually better than Ohio State? It's a tough call.

There’s quite a few teams with 2-3 losses that are probably better than TCU. Maybe they should have won more games. This whole they are better even though they lost more games argument is weak. Alabama didn’t even play the best team in their conference. At least OSU has that going for them even if they lost.
