did they confirm they are doing home teams? or is it gonna be a bunch of neutral games? First two rounds on campuses would be great, but I imagine at very best case scenario we only get the first roun on campuses.

 

Confirmed first round on campus. Reading into it more, the second round is still up in the air a little bit but it looks like they are trying to pair up with the bowls and rotate for the quarterfinals so strike that part from my original statement.

 

Right. So win the champ game, avoid playing an extra game. Sure it matters a little, but definitely a lot lower stakes than before.

 

Agreed, though the top 4 in the new format will be the highest ranked conference champions so looking at a situation like last year, Georgia would have dropped all the way to 5 rather than 3, which is an interesting wrinkle that definitely rewards conference championships.

 

Very disappointing first half for Grant Wells

 

The VT/ODU game was delayed because some of the VT coaches are stuck in an elevator up to the box, so they showed the ODU team dog, who wears dog Crocs. I missed College Football so much.

 

Duke’s QB is …kinda good

 

The kid he beat out for the starting job was throwing passes to my nephew the past few years which is irrelevant but kinda cool
