Hooker having thrown 37 TDs and only 3 INTs with the Vols is awesome. Can’t remember the active streak he has now of pass attempts without one, but it’s top 10 in NCAA I remember reading.

Where is he on the draft boards? I don’t really pay attention to a lot of that stuff this early, but he looks like one of the best QB’s out there.

 

Love to see OU lose. No way they should have been number 6.

 

Shame Wake and UNC couldn't get the job done. A Clemson/Dame/OU/Wisconsin loss day would be near perfection.

 

I don’t think he’s even in the draft radar. He did jump into the odds makers top 5 for the Heisman after the win, so maybe he’ll get some more eyes looking. Next two games are away to LSU and y’all at home, so it could be a “give me a chance” moment.

Mario Cristobal is a bum love to see it

 

he’s old AF (solidly 25 by draft day) so I’d imagine that limits his draft prospect ceiling a decent bit

although the NFL let First Round QB Brandon Weeden happen, so who knows

 

QB4 in this draft class feels wide open though behind Stroud, Young, and Levis. My September guess would be that Penix is the player to help his draft stock the most this early season and I’d probably put him there, but that’s fluid and it feels like you could make an argument for any of like 10 guys at this point for that spot, Hooker included

most of the preseason top guys in that next tier (Van Dyke, Richardson, Jurkovic) have been pretty underwhelming thus far, save for Richardson’s week 1 against Utah

Hooker is not a legitimate pro prospect and like @whitenblue88 said, he's an old prospect.

CJ Stroud, Bryce Young, and Jalon Daniels are the premier prospects at the position right now. Sam Hartman is underrated.

Cam Ward and Jaren Hall are sleepers too.

If DJ Uiagalelei keeps improving, watch out for a meteoric rise. He was so bad last year that people just kind of forgot about his talent. He seems to be getting better every week.
