Winning is all that matters. Charts are a guide to help break tiebreakers. FSU shouldnt have been looked at in that way. The only question should have been alabama versus texas, and since texas won they should have gotten the call.

That's just not true. It's the laziest possible way to look at things. The purpose is to determine the four best teams. FSU is not one of the four best teams with Travis, they certainly are not without him.

And if winning was all that matters, again, Liberty would be in it.

If a power 5 team won every game 7-6....went undefeated....and beat two other P5 teams in the non con...i dont care what the charts say...they should be in unless your other 4 P5 champions were all undefeated and were drubbing teams 59-0.

So whats everyones thought on if Michigan cheated or not?

 

I was watching the selection show and they showed the committees criteria before picking the teams and the last bullet point was "injured players and or coaches would be considered"...

And it literally felt like I was watching a WWE ppv, where they all of sudden throw in some minor detail that makes you say "wait since when was this a non disqualification match?"

I admit I've never read the criteria before but it sounded like it came out of nowhere and at that moment I knew Florida state was screwed
