Better than anyone else that would be starting for them at least.

least likely to be injured in the starting 5 too

Shooting wise? They are essentially the same.

Beasley shot 41% from 3 last year on 7 attempts per game. For his career he averages 38.5% on 6 attempts per game.

Trent shot 39% on 6.4 attempts per game. For his career, Trent averages 38.6% on 6.4 attempts per game.

But Trent will shoot way more shitty 2's than Beasley per game. He will not make those 2s.

  17. He shot over 51% on open threes last season on a pretty shitty team. He's gonna have a lot more open looks with Giannis and Dame.

Beasley shot 47% on open 3's last year. So, again, we are talking about pretty similar numbers here.

And Beasley shot 212 open threes in 79 games on the Bucks last year whereas Trent shot 228 on Toronto. Not sure why Trent would somehow get even more wide open threes on the Bucks than he did on Toronto especially given how many Beasley got up last year.

Notably, both Beasley and Trent sucked ass on wide open threes in 22-23. Beasley shot 37% on 163 attempts and Trent was 38.5% on 174 attempts.

    How about 21-22?

Beasley: 41.2% on 204 attempts for Minny
Trent: 42.5% on 186 attempts for Toronto

    This a like-for-like swap from a 3p shooting perspective.

  21. I think being able to get a Beasley replacement on the vet min is good - especially cuz I think Trent is just better at the intangible type stuff

Trent is a great pick up and the Bucks will still be lucky to get the 4th seed

Summer Sixers are shooting 26-27 from the line at halftime. That's a lot of free throws!
