There’s something funny about an often injured, always underachieving team being so focused on Paul George lol

Do we feel like #5 Overall, Al Jefferson and two additional 1sts plus a bunch of filler for KG and Ray Allen is on that level?

  7. CP3 is washed but he’s gonna average 10 assists with that fucking alien

I actually do think that one’s worse

PG was coming off a top 3 (I think) MVP finish and it secured Kawhi for the Clippers

Good contract for CP3, spurs got money to spend and could use some mentoring for castle

and if he gets disgruntled or some shit they could ship his ass out easy

Im talking about the buyer. Thats one (I know it was two deals but they were very linked) where the Celtics went all in and netted a championship.

Trying to think of other “all in” deals where the buyer one vs like the Nets/Celtics or Clips/Thunder debacles lol

    No you’re good, I wasn’t clear enough.

In terms of the buyer falling on their face, the Clips/Thunder is a disaster lol

He also has a good track record of not winning. Not that we were going to win now but still. Just always hated the guy

It’s all good though, because Reinsdorf’s beloved White Sox are doing great right now. They’re holding on to *checks notes* dead last in the AL and the worst record in Major League Baseball!

The Jrue Holiday trade involved 2 1sts and 2 1st pick swaps + Eric Bledsoe and that netted the Bucks a championship

Anthony Davis netted 3 1sts and a 1st swap and got a championship

So mostly no, these massive trades usually fail, but not always.
