But also, yes, enough Bucks talk. Wolves good. pacers feisty.

I was way more scared about Luka leaving end of last season. The core is here for another couple of years luckily and we will hopefully dump THJ to get someone else in here. Need to sign DJJ and I think he will be happy regardless of outcome this season.

I don’t really “get” Luka. Like, would he be happy in Dallas forever assuming the team stays good or is he one of those guys that wants the big market?

    Nope. Supporter

He was complete and utter dogshit this series. Can’t win when Gordon is your second best player offensively 6/7 games

Tbf, he’s never really said or done anything that indicates he has thought about wanting out. I think the media has pushed it a lot, and he had a lot of weird family shit happening last year so I think there was a lot of reading into it.

They definitely seem more interested in being on a competent/competitive team. Luckily Nico has surprised me a lot as GM and has done a lot to keep Luka surrounded by decent players

  13. The difference between Edwards and Halliburton is that Edwards is that persona 24/7 while Halliburton only talks when his team is up 15+

  14. Anyways Celtics win in 5 cementing my correct prediction that they’d only lose 2-3 games on the east side

Wolves Mavs seems destined for 7

the issue with luka was the team building around him was terrible up until this year bringing in kyrie, gafford and washington that you could see him getting frustrated and wanting out. i think they’ve bought him another year or two with those moves but if he doesn’t get out of the conference in that time, i do think a ring matters to him. he isn’t jokic.

I’ve ultimately got a bit more trust in what Nico is willing to do compared to what Donnie Nelson did for 20 years with Dirk. But I definitely think we’re safe for a couple more years haha

cashing in on this prediction is irrelevant when you also said they wouldn’t lose a game until the finals at other points

i kinda hope it’s dallas though, moreso bc i think they have a better chance of beating boston and would have two of the three best players in the series. minnesota is so ahead of schedule that it’s a win for them either way but i need boston to lose sorry mid dave

No idea how we will match up since all meetings this season were prior to trade deadline and only one game with both Luka/Kyrie (the only matchup we won against MIN).

Also lucked out that Kyrie, an incredibly depreciated asset, has played like the old Kyrie mostly and STFU for longer than usual lol

This year’s champion will be one of the rare modern champions with no one on the roster who had won an MVP award. Think the last time that happened was Raptors in 2019. And then before that it was those Pistons teams.
