also, sure, the giannis era picks haven’t been good. that’s what happens when you trade most of a team’s draft capital to land an all-star that leads to a title lol. it also doesn’t help that when you do have picks you’re almost always drafting 25-30. it isn’t great but imho i’d prefer having a title than a 100% draft approval rating lol

they don’t have the best draft history but there are at least 6-8 other teams i can think of pretty immediately who have drafted worse

 

I had to watch Donnie Nelson try and draft a team around Dirk for 20 years.

Not too many draft misses over here… even the ones that didn’t pan out for us ended up being good to great elsewhere. Unless you’re James Anderson

 

I’d watch Chuck roast cities all day long. I love when he talks trash about San Antonio.

 

Celtics first round picks have been about 50/50 in my lifetime. I count 22 players who have become at a minimum rotational pieces and 20 misses.

 

Cavs have definitely missed on a few 1st round picks. Anthony Bennett going 1st overall is insane and maybe the worst first pick this century.
