Probably not considering that Cavs owner was so bad they made a rule so that he would have to stop trading picks

No, it didn’t. There were other trades and moves involved, and as of right now OKC has won 5 playoff games since that trade

Probably not the worst trade ever, but on draft day in 1986, the Sixers made two trades where they collectively traded Moses Malone and three first round picks (including the first overall pick) for three players who played a combined 254 games for the team, basically ending a decade of title contention. I wasn't even alive for this and it annoys me

 

There were players no one has ever heard from again in the years after PG & Russ were traded - Moses Brown had like a 20/20 game vs the Celtics

The Thunder rebuild worked because they sold both PG and Russ. One or the other and it wouldn’t have happened
