yeah in january there were a lot of 15-17 FTA games, hasn't had more than 10 in a single game in February

 

He does it a lot in the mid range though

I’m basing this off basically every Pelicans / Thunder game I’ve watched, he does it enough for me to point it out as something that’s repeatedly annoying. Not taking away from his talent at all, I know his skillset is much more than that, that particular thing (that other players do as well, SGA is just really good at selling it) gets old and makes the game of basketball lame though

 

It’s also just a general league issue at this point. There’s no consistency on calls across the board. I’ve seen guys like OG play defense like it’s 1993 and get no foul called on him and the next play he gets called for the slightest contact.

 

maybe he knows that he can do that specifically to the pelicans. they should play better

and of course you're a little biased lol

 

To say something positive about SGA… damn is he good at creating loose ball turnovers. Insane he’s the only guy in the league averaging over 2 steals a game

I’m just not a fan of how soft it forces defenses to play. You should be able to get in a guy’s face when you’re defending him as long as you don’t do it mid shot. If you’re in their face and positioned well and then they jump into YOU, 100% of the time I hate that that’s by rule a foul on the defense

 

Man I’m still pissed about the Mavs/Cavs game last night. Also, I guess Gafford is Kidds new random player her doesn’t like or play. No idea why the fuck we have THJ out there in situations where we need defense. Kidd lost us that game more than any other variable last night.

 

Mavs will wait until a first round loss before firing Kidd, it's a shame

 

I doubt even then. BUT maybe the new ownership group will have more balls than Cuban (even though he's still running Ops)

 

I will say, in general, I've really appreciated the Mavs really buying in on defense since the trade deadline. A lot of great forced turnovers there at the end to weather the 3pt barrage from the Cavs.

Also, I can't wait to get Exum back (pending him staying healthy passed that point). I want THJ as far down the bench as possible. He is an absolute liability right now
