5 worst uniforms in the NBA (just home and road not ranking retro or city stuff)
Orlando Magic
Los Angeles Clippers (current set)
Phoenix Suns
Dallas Mavericks
Brooklyn Nets

 

Wolves probably have the worst normal home and away, but the retros and city make up for it

 

the magic one is only bad bc their alternate is so good. it isn’t actually bad. the jazz have the worst. highlighter ass jerseys.

 

Jazz and Cavs uniforms are in the top 7 worst - one of them will take the bottom 5 spot the Clippers are vacating

Suns uniforms would be drastically improved with a better font. Dallas (and to some degree) Denver's uniforms are stuck in 2005 with their design and trim. Brooklyn tried to do what OKC did - something understated but classic but instead just made it extremely boring. I hate the font and pin striping on the Magic ones and as Pat said their classic uniforms are elite and they should just go back to those (as should Utah)

Cleveland uniforms are practice uniform quality

 

the font and color gradient in the numbers are ass

 

I guess I also grade teams that had iconic uniforms in the 90s a lot harsher. Golden State falls under their category too - their current slate of uniforms are boring (but obviously an improvement over what they had in the early 2000s) - the RUN TMC 90s set is still their best.

 

if the Suns, Magic, Jazz, Wolves went back to their uniforms from the 90s they'd be a lot better.

 

they have been leaning hella into the retro merch this year and I’m here for it

 

The gradient is the best part about the uniform

 

These colors are so good, more teams should be like the Bulls and find something that works then never change it

my hot take on sports uniforms is once you win a title in those uniforms you need to keep them as your uniform forever

so even tho I think the Warriors current set is trash they gotta keep them because of all the titles

 

Man the mocks I've seen from great artists for new Mavs unis make me so mad that Cuban made these decisions.

I actually don't mind the city this year if it wasn't for the almost thin blue line logo on the TX state outline.
