i get your point but it’s closer to several of the top 75. there are like 400 people in the league. every team has several of the top 150. but yes good win.

 

Definitely not as bad as it looked. Hamstrings can be tricky though so we’ll see.

Lakers really should stop whining about injuries lol. There are plenty of teams that have had it worse than them with better results.

 

He should have never left. I remember right before he got traded I helped one of his social media assistants in my office at work and he was texting with him and he was saying how the trade was about to be announced. The guy was saying Dejounte didn’t like a lot of the younger guys on the team because they were more concerned with partying than putting in work and that he also didn’t like pops style

 

Pop doesn't seem to be able to gel with this newer generation of NBA guys. The Kawhi fallout was one thing, but I remember the same complaints coming out when he coached the 2019 World Cup team. Now there's the Wemby rumblings and Dejounte.

 

Yeah nobody wants a hard ass coach anymore. You can’t yell at the players or disagree anymore otherwise they go straight to the gm and get rid of you. Plus he’s in his 70s so I’d imagine there’s not a lot of common ground anymore

Not that it matters but I wonder what the years/money is. Idk if they’ve ever said lol.

 

Orlando with maybe the worst half I've seen them play this year, down 30 to Minnesota. Paolo is currently 4/16, and he's missed a lot of easy shots. Sometimes I feel like he's just trying to draw fouls instead of also maybe finishing the play, and on nights like this when he doesn't get calls it's ugly. Anthony is also having a terrible game, and with Franz and Ingles still out there's really no offense being generated. I've already accepted that it's going to be a loss, but my hope is they keep their collective head up and don't get discouraged.

 

Holy shit. Best coach in the league though, he absolutely deserves it.

 

more money than every non-starter on the team, per year. but yeah, you have to pay him. hopefully heat fans will quit crying about meaningless coach of the year awards since spo will be richer than god
