I love how US Track and Field just caved and suspended Sha'Carri Richardson without any real attempt to defend her whereas the Russian Federation was like "nah, nothing happened" and forced the IOC's hand. Also, I still don't fully understand how a drug test from Christmas Day is only now being tested? Seems like all of this should have been sorted well before anyone even got to Beijing. My only frame of reference is combat sports and the turnaround time for that is much quicker.
Looks like the mens curling team is going to pull this one out against the Swiss. Pretyt much a must win too
Just watched a replay of hte stream of the US-GB curling match. Man. US choked on a few shots there in the last end. Including Shuster on this last shot. Bummed they won't get the gold again. Hoping for a bronze
Even if Team Schuster gets the Bronze that's still very impressive. A career for John Schuster of a gold and two bronzes will still firmly cement him as the greatest American curler of all time.
Oh I only knew about the 15 year old Russian who came in 4th after the drug scandal; what happened with the silver medalist?
