A US judge torpedoed it with an 89

 

I love the symmetry of one of the brothers being like "I'm just going to start with this giant move where I float up to the moon" and the other one being like "I'm going to start by flipping all over the place" -- both were incredibly different yet incredibly impressive

 

Wasn't just the US judge. Canada and Swiss judges also somehow only thought it was a 90. Just nuts.

 

honestly kinda glad he didn't like bust out a 93 and get wrapped up into the triplegate stuff but wouldv'e been nice to see him go out with a medal

I still don't understand the big discrepancy in scores between runs 2 and 3. The third was definitely an improvement, but by ~5 points? He got so robbed on that one.

 

I don’t get how the judges got that 2nd run so wrong when the 3rd was pretty much the same run. glad they fixed their mistake

 

Kinda crazy to think about White not being there anymore. What a run.


Mens curling took down the brits last night. Their 2-1 start is the best start they've had

 

Mixed Team Snowboard Cross final was insane!

 

2-2 now but we are still in there

and the US women have even a better start at 3-1

 

I love that the UK Curling team is pretty just much the Scottish Curling team.

 

That 3rd run from Jamie Anderson was huge!
