can he run like Mike Vick?

Like I said, not saying don't draft this guy or whatever but its a pretty clear line with past QBs

For sure and I do acknowledge that he has been an outlier. I just used him as an example that accuracy can be improved upon. Teams drafting a QB are already hoping that QB is an outlier so I don’t think it’s unfair to use Allen as an example of someone who improved their accuracy.

  3. Josh Allen's athleticism and arm strength obviously made Buffalo think he was worth the risk and it paid off, but it was still a giant risk.

And, honestly, I’d much rather take my shot on a toolsy QB like Allen, Herbert, or Lamar (as some recent examples) than settle for a guy whose ceiling isn’t nearly as high. I realize that’s easy for me to say when my job is t on the line, but, at this point, I have no problems with teams shooting for the moon than settling for a guy who may turn out to be as good as, like, Tannehill (he may be a bad example, but you get my point)

I didn’t realize he tore his Achilles late in the season. I feel for this dude. I’ve always thought he’s been a very underrated receiver because of the stench of the Giants’ offense. I’d be surprised if he has much left in the tank at 29 coming off such a significant injury

  8. Panthers fans are going to be so mad when we didn't pay him 15m a year (what he'll probably get) and I don't get it. He had an awesome season but no way I'd give him that contract. I like Burns' ceiling more and we learned that those two as a duo is just too small. We got bullied.

With the big question at QB, too, I think it’s for the best that they let Reddick walk and try to develop a younger guy opposite Burns, especially considering Burns is now eligible for an extension and could get one this time next year

  11. Gross-Matos has shown some flashes and could finally take a leap in year 3. He was always projected as someone we'd have to be patient with so hopefully it pans out.

I forgot all about him. Yeah, I fully agree with you. Panthers should really be focusing on QB and OL. I think they have plenty of good, or at least worth developing players, at just about every other position. I think one could argue they should take a swing on WR considering Robby flopped after his extension and Marshall gave nothing in his rookie year so that they have a potential in-house replacement for one of those two (or both) in 2023, but they gotta figure that offense out as a whole already

Ah yes we’ve done nothing to actually stop covid from resurging over and over again but back to normal

  18. Covid wrecked me for a good 4-5 days and I still have the worst cough if my life.

  19. OL and QB obviously at the top.

After that, LB and IDL are pretty big needs. We could not stop the run last year, and like I said before, we just get bullied on defense. Derrick Brown has kinda been a flop but will randomly make an amazing play. At LB, we have Shaq who I love but not much else outside of that. Luvu is solid I guess but we could really use someone else. We don't need studs at either spot, just two guys who are both good against the run.

RB/WR/TE are all places I think we could fill out later in the draft with some solid depth pieces. Terrace Marshall still has a chance to pass Robby imo but it won't happen with a shit OL and a shit QB.

I will never forget how covid cases in the NFL surged late in the season and then just magically disappeared in time for the playoffs

    Fuck this league
