Yeah it seems weird because Mattison has always been solid/good when called upon (which is fairly often lol). I’d be all for the Eagles trading a late-round pick for him if they are willing to part ways with him.

Perhaps. I can’t imagine Mattison is looking for much. They could probably sign him for around $5m/year or so and still draft a rookie next year to be a part of a committee.
