I do not like this

I've applied for jobs at Paycor, I liked it better when I didn't see the Bengals' stadium name in my search results on LinkedIn

 

So I start a new job in a few weeks and it comes with like 50K of stock options, of which 25% I receive after the first year. I ain't never fucked with company stock before. Any tips or insight? Help me not be an idiot.
