Idk, the Colts have supposedly lined up Hines out wide a decent bit this camp and Ballard keeps bringing up Hines unprompted when asked about the receiver room. I think part of it is what you said, but I also think they’re going to use him more as a hybrid RB/slot receiver a la Patterson, especially because you can’t just take Jonathan Taylor off the field

 

They’ve lined him up out wide before. Pretty sure they’ve even done so since his rookie season. Maybe they dial up his number a bit more in that context, but I don’t think that’s a new development at all.

 

They should absolutely get creative with his deployment though and how they use both him and Taylor when on the field considering their depth at WR. Hines is a good player!

Never cared for Transit, Man Overboard, or Real Friends. Idk if they're associated but I always associated them together.

I think it’s cool anytime a “scene” band gets featured on tv like that.

transit is the one I did really enjoy. I always liked the guitar work but It took a while for the singers voice to grow on me.

 

I’m too old for those bands. If they released their stuff in 2004, I probably would have loved it and now would have a soft spot for it

I used to really like Fireworks but between their long Hiatus and some gross company they keep I’m kinda just meh

Yeah, I mean, in 2004 I def would have loved all of them. That was back when I was on top of every new band that released something, no matter how dime a dozen they were.

 

probably (30), but my taste in music went:

2000-2004: some mix of top 40, rap, and the Christian music station
2004-2008: exclusively scene music and butt rock
2009-present: modern day whitenblue-core (indie/alt pop and folk, etc)

basically, if it was The Wonder Years or later, I missed the boat on them, and that covers all those bands

 

the night Luck retired was the night of my big $$ league draft

I remember my buddy legit had JUST taken him when I saw the Schefter tweet lol I couldnt stop laughing and couldnt even get the words out, had to just show him my phone
