Psychedelics themselves are great* but 90% of people who do them are so cringe about them lol

(*ONCE in awhile - if you truly can get away from all your responsibilities for two days. Like, I would basically never do them if I had kids lol, only if they were at some chaperoned summer camp vacation, or if I went on vacation and they were being babysat / visiting family)

Of the handful of times I’ve done psychs, I never take enough to feel like I’m gonna be just having crazy hallucinations and not feel “in control”. Usually I just go for the cathartic emotions, and those moments of logical clarity, where suddenly a lot of things that you’ve been stressed about in life just “make sense”. And of course the sensory boost that makes you fall in love with music / nature all over again. That’s enough, outside of that I’m not looking to get more than just subtle visuals, I still want to feel connected to real life lol.

One tab of LSD / one eighth of mushrooms (or less if they’re really strong) is plenty for me

Yea it was unorthodox and I've never heard of it before, but until it leaked he was willing to sign it, and now it's a big embarrassment to the organization and him, and of course he studies, and he was offended by it. 3 average seasons and a $160mil guaranteed.

Also Aaron Rodgers is a loon and by the time his career is over, he'll still have 1 superbowl ring (and appearance, not this year Aaron) and his reputation will be more about his off the field activities than those on it.

Oh yeah that's right, I hadn't connected that to the studying clause at all, thought it was mostly just about Mahomes' alleged shortcomings.

Yes, 100%. It really was humiliating. People can try dunking on Kyler all they want for the film stuff, but there’s no way for the general public to know just how much or little he actually watches film. And, even if he doesn’t watch much, he’s still pretty damn good! It just means there’s room for improvement and that clause was an embarrassing way to go about it.

 

You're both making great points that didn't really occur to me at all. I guess I saw separate things being talked about (Mahomes playing streetball, Kyler's clause, some of the Lamar stuff) and just didn't connect them
