Eh I don’t know if I see it that way. It looks to me like the nfl can step in and make it 10-12 games which is still really fucking weak for someone who should be banned indefinitely but it’ll make the nfl look strong because now it’s compared to the 6 game recommendation.

 

Of course you are probably right, but with the rumors that goodell wants it to be indefinite I’m crossing my fingers we don’t see him play this year.

 

Especially compared to some of the other punishments players have got. Whole season suspensions for weed and a $1200 parlay but SIX GAMES for Deshaun? Tf is that.

Also, its literally a brand new process, the point of which was to get rid of the messiness of the old process, so to end up at 6 games (what every DV case prior to this CBA started at) is just mind-numbingly dumb.

For that reason alone Goodell should appeal and say "no, for cases like this the punishment is higher".
