the last year jumping is because it’s common practice to push a lot of non-guaranteed money at the end of the contract so it’s functionally not part of the deal, the expectation is that you will either re-sign, restructure, or trade/release before then

hence Matt Ryan’s $47.5M cap hit this year lol. The fact he wasn’t already restructured / resigned before this point tells me his era in ATL is over

 

Are you able to restructure contracts in the game though? Because I’m talking about a video game, not real life

 

Oh yeah. X factor abilities are absolutely broken. I like the idea that superstars have AI that will make big plays for you more often than star players…. but having specific abilities that are just about unblockable is just overboard. It’s already fairly easy to cheese the game of Madden in certain ways, they don’t need to add more
