I wish Butterfinger BBs were still around

 

Midnight Milky Way or 5th Avenue for candy bar

 

And to clarify, the person I would kill would be the person who made the business decision to do away with Butterfinger BB's.

 

My go to gas station candy bar is Hershey's cookies and cream

 

My new favorite is Gushers super sour.

I definitely have cavities and haven’t been to the dentist since 2019 so I haven’t had any sour patch kits in two years as a result, otherwise I would be inhaling them

 

I’m glad someone else said it. It’s always been a guilty pleasure of mine. But I don’t know anyone else who likes them.

Oh shit I forgot about 100 grand. That’s honestly probably my favorite

 

We took a field trip to a bank in grade school one time and the bank employees thought it was cute to be like “We have a very special treat for you all today. You will all be leaving with 100 grand.”

Bank manager arrives with bag of 100 grand candy bars. Fun size.

I definitely went to a bank with the gifted & talented group in 5th grade. And I was in a very small town.

 

It was like an optional math class where we learned how to balance a checkbook and how to compute interest rates. It was weird.

 

That’s where I first learned about large denomination bills

 

I had a “math of finance” class in high school and all we did was watch Dave Ramsey videos

 

That’s pretty much what this was. Man, we had a goofy little field trip about every couple weeks. We went to the Pensacola airport for some reason and all I can remember is our class eating at Cici’s pizza and playing on the claw machine. Probably the best day of school in my entire life.

 

speaking of banks, we went to a brewery that used to be an old bank yesterday and it was super cool...they have the old vault there, and the old teller windows are the expo where the food gets placed when its ready to run

I love it when old buildings are used for something totally different.

 

I went to a bank in like 3rd grade. They were trying to teach some financial literacy early on.

 

one of my field trips was literally walking in a circle around some enormous farm*. and then we ate lunch. and then we left. that was the trip.

*it was before planting season too lol

 

The one “finance” type class in high school had us watch the Enron: Smartest Guys in the Room documentary and there’s a scene with some boobs in it and every hollered and cheered for like 5 straight minutes and half the class got kicked out. Good times.
