I still have the PS4 I bought in 2014, it sounds like it's going to blow up any day now

 

My PS4 died about a year ago. The first day of summer, I went to Gamestop at 7AM and sat in a lawn chair for 3 hours so I could finally get a PS5.

Horizon Forbidden West, TMNT, and Warzone are the only three games I've played.

 

I've had a couple of chances to get a PS5 but I just can't justify it to myself. I basically just play Madden, 2K and Pokemon regularly. I finally played God of War and Red Dead Redemption 2 about a year ago.

 

I love my PS5 except for right now when the kids are on summer break and argue over it nonstop

Addicted to my Steam Deck lately though

 

The best solution is to take it away from them and give it to me.

 

I wish I could get paid to just guess things

That and Horizon Zero Dawn were both my 100+ hour games during the pandemic. I murdered SOOOO many people in Red Dead

Except for Fallout 3 when I accidentally stole something, was attacked by a citizen, killed them, and then killed everyone in Megaton

 

Im really curious what the NFL suspends him for; because if its sexual assault cases pre-2020ish, then in a way that number doesnt really matter going forward...could stay 24, could become 70, if they're suspending him indefinitely, with a year being guaranteed, they probably dont get to extend it because the case count from the past rises.

 

Oh, I was ultimately a good guy, but, I did a ton of unsighted robbing, etc...and I'd keep returning to the gang hideouts where they'd respawn and murder those guys for easy money/items

I don't know how the league will handle it (other than poorly), but I think the number of "new" incidents matters a lot. If it's bad to go from 1 to 2 incidents and that would result in a greater punishment, the same should be true for going from 24 to 25. It's untenable for the league to decide that any (likely extremely similar) "new" incidents deserve no response, just because they've already assigned a punishment for the other incidents. The assault or harassment of any woman matters and demands a response. The timing is irrelevant.

They suspended Josh Gordon for a whole year for having 4 drinks on a private jet with Mike McDaniel (yes, that was new, but it wasn't kicking off a third dozen of sexual harassment reports). You could argue that he had notice to not do that from the previous punishments, but it also seems pretty intuitive that you shouldn't grab women or force them to touch your penis or give you oral sex when they're at work. Maybe you don't give an exponentially bigger punishment for additional reports from before the initial ones (even if that would be reasonable, for the sheer number of incidents here), but the league can't do nothing.

 

It matters a great deal, because they lost the Ray Rice appeal precisely because they had already suspended him for a past incident, new information about that didnt allow them to suspend him longer.

If they suspend him for something broad that encapsulates the current 20+ cases, like under the blanket term of "conduct unbecoming", then the NFL's failure to unearth 10 more cases from the past is the NFL's fault (much like the Ray Rice tape). The NFL's punishment system is already a house of cards, its going to matter a great deal how they structure it.

Like, if the agreement is that Watson inform the NFL of all possible cases, he fails to, then sure...they can suspend him longer for new cases.
