When you hit a mothafucka, you hit that mothafucka Prestigious

JAX - Josh Allen (might change this year)
    TEN - Derrick Henry
    IND - Darious Leonard
    HOU - Brandin Cooks

    PIT - Minkah Fitzpatrick
    CIN - Joe Burrow
    CLE - Nick Chubb
    BAL - Lamar Jackson

    MIA - Xavien Howard
    NE - Devin McCourty
    BUF - Stefon Diggs
    NYJ - Sauce Gardner

    KC - Patrick Mahomes
    DEN - Russell Wilson
    LAC - Khalil Mack
    LVR - Chandler Jones

    ATL - Cordarrelle Patterson lmao
    CAR - Christian McCaffrey
    NO - Honey Badger
    TB - Mike Evans

    MIN - Justin Jefferson
    GB - Aaron Jones
    CHI - Roquan Smith
    DET - DJ Chark

    DAL - CeeDee Lamb
    PHI - AJ Brown
    WAS - Montez Sweat
    NYG - James Bradberry

    SEA - DK Metcalf
    SF - George Kittle
    ARI - DeAndre Hopkins
    LAR - Jalen Ramsey

mostly avoided jumping the gun too early on young players that haven’t proven anything yet, but I do feel highly confident in Sauce Gardner living up to his billing. And their roster specifically? The first 4 rookies drafted this year are legit probably their best players lol.

It’s also very skill position heavy but im not gonna lie to you all and act like I get more excited about a great guard than a great weapon lol. There were times I would put a player at the top based on talent & being fun to watch alone (Parsons, Garrett) but their transgressions made me leave them off the list.

    All time:

    JAX - Fred Taylor
    HOU - Andre Johnson
    TEN - Steve McNair
    IND - Marvin Harrison

    PIT - Troy Polamalu
    BAL - Ed Reed
    CLE - Jim Brown
    CIN - Joe Burrow

    NE - Rob Gronkowski
    MIA - Jason Taylor
BUF - Bruce Smith (might change to Josh Allen if he keeps playing like THIS tho)
    NYJ - Darrelle Revis

    KC - Patrick Mahomes
    Raiders - Bo Jackson
    DEN - Von Miller
    Chargers - LaDainian Tomlinson

ATL - Tony Gonzalez (listed here becuase Mahomes gotta be #1 in KC)
    CAR - Steve Smith
    NO - Jimmy Graham
    TB - Derrick Brooks

    MIN - Randy Moss
    GB - Charles Woodson
    DET - Barry Sanders
    CHI - Walter Payton

    DAL - Deion Sanders
    PHI - Reggie White
    WAS - Champ Bailey
    NYG - Lawrence Taylor

    SEA - Marshawn Lynch
    SF - Steve Young
    ARI - Larry Fitzgerald
    Rams - Isaac Bruce

Those are my favorites, but these guys are honorary mention:
JAX - Tony Boselli, Jalen Ramsey
HOU - DeAndre Hopkins, JJ Watt
    IND - Andrew Luck
    PIT - Jerome Bettis
    MIA - Ricky Williams
    NYJ - Curtis Martin
    Chargers - Antonio Gates
    CAR - Luke Kuechly
TB - Warren Sapp, Ronde Barber
    MIN - John Randle
    DET - Calvin Johnson
CHI - Mike Ditka, Mike Singletary
    DAL - Michael Irvin
    PHI - Brian Dawkins
    NYG - Michael Strahan
    SEA - Russell Wilson
SF - Jerry Rice, Terrell Owens
    ARI - Patrick Peterson
Rams - Aaron Donald, Kurt Warner

Again, Ray Lewis story sounds sketchy now that I have more info, Antonio Brown is a shithead, and I can’t forgive Vick for all the dogs he must have abused and murdered. If it was strictly “I loved watching this player on the field and I’m going to allow myself to have cognitive dissonance about it” those would be my answers for BAL, PIT and ATL. But I don’t wanna rank like that cause it’s a slippery slope that leads to “well at one point I thought Deshaun was fun to watch” and that’s just a big nope / gross now.

I mostly avoided players that were before my time & I never got to watch, but Lawrence Taylor, Walter Payton, Bo Jackson, Reggie White, Jim Brown all have fuckin amazing legacies.

Tim Brown? Nah, not over Bo Jackson. Bo was the best athlete the NFL ever saw. Legend has it he ran the only 4.1 forty yard dash ever, he was clocked once at 4.19 and once at fuckin 4.12 (which could feasibly still be a sub 4.2 electronic time). He just got hurt and switched to playing baseball full time.

Lmao I was gonna show you a whole video too.

Bo did ALL THIS while splitting with HOF runningback Marcus Allen for 4 years. Just ridiculous power and speed even if his runnin style wasn’t that fancy.

  18. Polamalu, ward or Bettis would be my favorite Steelers to have ever watched.

Cam and watt will be on that list when they hang it up

Polamalu is my favorite safety of all time period even though Reed has him beat in terms of numbers

Polamalu did things that I’ve still never seen anybody else do since. Just the ultimate Swiss Army knife defender. Mix that with insane speed and being arguably the most feared blitzing and tackling DB in the league as well. His burst was so confident and convincing that it made him look even faster than he is, truly 10/10 game speed. When he came downhill QBs / RBs didn’t even have time to think before he was all over them in pursuit like a damn Cheetah.

One of the few who could truly go off script whenever he wanted, because he often knew exactly when it was appropriate to be aggressive. And had the insane range, timing, and instincts to almost predict things happening from way across the field.

He wasn’t the Reed type who could play chess with a QB from 30 yards away - Pittsburgh used him in the box way too often for him to fully focus on baiting INTs. He legit helped their run defense too much to waste it by dropping him deep. But his nose for the ball, I mean the dude would literally peel off his assignment, get 39 yards across the field, and scoop up INTs / fumbles before it hit the ground. He’d start out lined up at deep center field, but creep forward and decide he was gonna blitz, and would be so stealthy and time it so perfectly he’d get unblocked sacks regularly. Troy could convince you he was psychic cause he’d get the jump on things so often.
