  4. Cold is better just for the fact you can continually layer. With heat, once your naked you can still be hot and uncomfortable.

Cold would be bearable if it wasn’t also packaged with getting dark at 4:30 pm.

That’s true I do hate it getting dark that early

    The rivalry is back on

It really depends on where you live

In Seattle, summer > fall > spring > winter
In Atlanta, spring > fall > winter >> summer

New Jersey fall is great because you barely have to rake. Just stick them in a pile on the curb. What a gem of a policy.

Summer is always the worst unless you’re in australia during that time because it’s their winter

Midwest summer is fine, we do usually get a stretch of a week or two where it’s hotter than the devils b hole, but it helps there’s a lake within a 4 mile radius of anywhere

  14. I bought one of these small pools for my son but it's big enough to sit on a raft and just chill and cool off.

Depends though, all the lakes around me are polluted to hell from the glory days of manufacturing in the rust belt so we have to spray off with a hose or something lol

my parents neck of the midwest (southern illinois/eastern nebraska) gets hotter than shit but also gets below 0. i complained as a kid when we visited in the summer so we visited in the winter instead and i learned there is no good damn reason to live in the middle of the country

I can handle the heat but I hate the cold.

depends how hot and how cold really. If 80 is the hot we are talking about, I’d 1000% rather be hot. People whine so much about it being 80-85 and I’m comfortable in that weather lol.

But if we’re talking about a desert 115 or a Houston humid 105 then yeah alright give me below freezing over that

I like Maryland’s relatively mild winter (three months usually below 50 consistently, but lows rarely go below the 20s) more than Florida summer. But when you start talking about places that go 0 and below multiple times every winter, nah I’ll sweat for 4 months instead and just go swimming a lot

The only thing good about the cold is that it makes great sleeping weather.

Like Canada is a lot cooler than Florida but Id still literally rather live in Florida unless it’s Vancouver we’re talking about lol. Id be flat out MISERABLE every winter in the non-Pacific regions of Canada

same with Minneapolis, I got family there and I’m thrilled to visit that amazing city between May and September lol. If I was there in February though I’d think it was horrible
