1) “evacuate” is a really strange word for the context???

2) if “evacuate at both ends” means throw up and have diahrrea like I think it does, then why did they explicitly list vomiting and laxatives for steps 2 and 3? Is that all redundant and it’s all one step, or do you literally go at it twice, throw up all the ghee and THEN make yourself throw up and poop again the next two days?

3) what do they mean consume Ghee UNTIL you evacuate? Is he literally having a bulimic gorge fest on ghee alone until his body cannot fit anymore and he vomits??
