OH OH that’s another reason I like the aggressive WR drafting strategy: the free agent class of WRs is way more of a mine field when it comes to spending a lot of resources on a player who might really underperform them.

That isn't how you saw him though lol. That's extremely revisionist to pretend that you had JJ as WR1 and by far the best in class. You were literally pounding the table for Lamb at 9, not JJ

I was pounding the table for Lamb at 9 and JJ was an immediate option if he was gone. I was lamenting that JJ might not fall to pick 20 and that we were going to have to choose between… and I literally suggested JJ might be better but both you and Dustin were like nah it’s definitely Lamb so I adjusted to the prevailing opinion at the time

Idk how everyone plans to watch the draft, but we should try to do a Zoom room or something to hang out during it, assuming everyone's broadcast is in sync with each other and someone's isn't lagging behind

yeah, this was my take right before the draft, when everyone and their mother had convinced me JJ falls past 20. Which he did! and I was upset we didn’t take him or Patrick Queen there.

 

I had tempered my expectations about Jefferson. I was way higher on him in my heart but thought I was just being biased. That's still ME being wrong hahaha

 

Bruh if a player is your 8th option he ain't a generational talent come on

 

Also, happy to do the first two nights of the draft. I've never watched day three because that's a fucking commitment lol
