He's the kind of dude (bulked up tight end) that could put up freaky combine numbers and skyrocket. Like Top 15 or higher.

His main competition right now is Charles Cross. Both are exceptional athletes at the position.

Trevor Penning this year was the fourth most penalized lineman in football in the last decade. Of the players that had similar discipline issues, only one turned out okay - Garett Bolles - while the others are, at best, barely worth rostering.

Career wise I only found five with more - three were starters for 4+ years, one improved after a dreadful freshman year, and one who is just all around terrible. Closest comparison who are anything close to decent are Terence Steele and Chukwuma Okorafor. So not great company to be in.

 

The comparisons to the 2013 draft class should be a good indication of who to follow. Anyone who says this is like that class doesn't need to have their opinion considered.
