I think people are taking the "cap isn't real" thing too literally. Like yes teams have to get under the cap but it's entirely TOO easy to maneuver to get yourself under the cap in **most** situations without completely dismantling your team. That's the point we're making.

There are **some** exceptions like potentially the Saints this year, but like Brandon said earlier, how often does the cap REALLY inhibit a team from signing someone they absolutely, most assuredly, want? Pretty rare, probably.
