You did post the receipts of me trying to talk myself into it and convince myself that doing the “responsible” thing was more NFL appropriate… but I didn’t like CJ at all and I didn’t like Chaisson’s run defense so I was full on ignoring my own analysis / critiques just to try to be happy about us adding to our defense.

On offense I knew we were basically saying “we have Ceedee Lamb at home” and probably making a big mistake passing on both. Really did think Shenault would be better at least though.

 

If the Panthers had more picks I'd be banging the table for him in the 4th round....unfortunately our 4th round pick is only our second pick of the draft....

So probably wouldn't be smart.
