The Eagles select Jermaine Johnson II, EDGE, Florida St Death, taxes, and you guys letting Johnson free fall if not for me grabbing him some time in the middle of the first round. Just about every mock I’ve seen has him going top 10 and the Eagles sprint to the podium to lock this one in
The Philadelphia Eagles select Drake London, WR, USC The Eagles can’t stop sinking high draft capital into WRs and go to the well yet again to grab London, who profiles as a great complement to Smith’s skill set/also sets them up nicely for the big QB move they’re fixing to make in ‘23
The saints select treylon burks They really don’t have much other than michael thomas, who knows if he’ll even be on the team in a season
Pittsburgh Steelers select Trevor Penning, OT, Northern Iowa Pittsburgh’s biggest needs don’t really match the value available right now. I’m not sure if they’d take a QB here, but I was tempted to do it. They have been competitive with a bad Big Ben and Mason Rudolph so I say just kiss some titties this year, build up the OL a little bit (they also signed James Daniel), and figure out QB next year.
Packers select Devonte Wyatt, DL, Georgia The last 5 or so picks of the mock break Packers Nation’s collective hearts, and with there not being a good value WR pick on the board, the Packers make the boring pick to shore up their DL, which is among the most uninspiring spots on their roster currently
The Arizona Cardinals select - Andrew Booth Jr, CB, Clemson Uhhhh yeah. I'm sprinting to the podium here. Remember when the Cardinals had Patrick Peterson and it was awesome? Gimme CB 2 in the mid 20s any day of the week. Adding Booth lets Murphy slide into the slot where according to the teams own website is where he's best/they'd prefer him to play.
@GreatBeardRecs - Do more of that Texas stuff you do, but avoid the Houston of it all this time around. (Cowboys up, sorry i'm sleepy)
