    there is one way out

    Great.

Is Damone Clark (LB) still available? I think he is. Pittsburgh wants him.

Edit: I finally got the search to work on mobile, and he’s available.

Pittsburgh needs to bolster his linebacker corps, and Clark would be an absolute thumper up the middle while also having pass rush abilities. Pittsburgh would love it.

    The rivalry is back on

Cleveland selects Kingsley Enagbare, EDGE, South Carolina

Similar to my writeup about DT, they also lose Clowney to FA and have like 3 guys total under contract on the EDGE. If nothing else, he’s a good depth piece in the Clowney non-rushing DE role.

The Raiders select Ed Ingram, IOL, LSU

This division is stacked. The pass rushers are particularly terrifying. Don’t be surprised if every chance I get I draft an offensive lineman.

    The rivalry is back on

Cowboys select Isaiah Likely, TE, Coastal Carolina

Cowboys need a pass catcher or two, I don’t like the value at WR here, and Likely gives them a great option if they fail to come to a long term agreement with Schultz next offseason

Titans double dip with bulldogs. Perfect compliment to Henry and the eventual heir to the thrown. King James in the making.

The Patriots select Romeo Doubs, WR, Nevada

I came into the draft wanting to bolster the line, the secondary the lb group and the WR group. Check, check, check, check.

I’m not gonna pretend I’ve seen a lot of his game so let me share the part of his TDN profile that sticks out.

“He is a big-play threat whenever it is thrown his way. Because of his good speed, he is a threat to take the top off the defense. His big-play ability will only help an offense’s running game.”

The patriots lacked an explosive element to their offense in 2021. Every TD drive was a grind. This pick along with beefing the the line and shifting Smith to Hback and adding Samuel should really help diversify what the offense can do.

Kansas City selects Drake Jackson, EDGE, out of USC.
Even though you can't play them all at once, I want 8 pass rushers on this team.

We've now hit the part of the draft where I haven't heard of a lot of players. Definitely fun and not at all stressful for me.
