I think A’s move to Vegas, Tampa gets a new stadium somewhere else in the area, and Nashville and Portland get teams. No time soon, but that would be my guess.

Fine I'll do the short version:

it's the Denver of the east and you'll get decent attendance but no real fans; tv deals will be worth little so we'll have yet another pennypinching franchise; it's geographically at the confluence of three rabid fanbases (although Reds casuals might be more willing to jump ship now); TN sports market is already pretty full and the population isn't that big (the Preds being ass might help some)
