Yeah this seems like a big year for Rolen, he should be in already but whatever as long as he gets in eventually.

If you don’t think Beltran belongs in the HOF because of his numbers fine but if you’re not voting for him because of 2017 you shouldn’t have a vote.

 

I think the numbers are there pretty easily but I guess reasonable minds can differ. Twenty-year career and while he dwindled in his late years with the Yanks/Rangers/Astros, his 2001-2012 peak speaks for itself: .284/.364/.508 while playing an elite CF for most of that time. 70 career bWAR. Dude's a hall of famer.
