It’s always been weird to me that you can go way past home like that and it’s not considered going out of the basepath

 

I don’t know, he’s pitched 230 innings the last 3 years and he’s going into his age 35 season. Without looking at his medicals I could see a team giving him a big 2 year deal with tons of incentives but anyone would be crazy to give him a long term big money contract.

I bet he gets a contract similar to Carlos Rondon.

yeah, i tend to think it will more than likely come down to whether or not he actually wants to be here. personally, i think he does and i think they bring him back on a 4 year deal somewhere in the $110-120m ballpark.
