Even if you pretend the cheating didn't happen they're more like the 90s Braves: long term run of being a very good team, probably clearly the best in one league, but falling just short most of the time. Idk what we call that. They've been extremely good and they would have been extremely good without the cheating, that's why the cheating stung so much to me
