I mean yeah its absurd to say they should not try to re-sign him, but if this season goes like last season did for him injury wise, i’m not all that shocked if the offer isnt the moon.

 

good production out of Cano this season is just a bonus. It would be great if he could stay consistent.

Sometimes I forget Cano is still on the team. He could be a good DH, but we'll see. Sucks that he is under contract through 2023. Next season he might be taking up a roaster spot that could be used for someone like Brett Baty but i'm sure they could work something out.
