The best part of the trade is that blais is gone.

So it was basically buchnevich and a first for a tarasenko rental. In a year where the rangers have two first and would lose the lower of those firsts, which will very likely be in the 20s. Maybe Drury is playing some kinda 4D chess here I dno. I'm happy with this. It's not Meier but if the cost is too high glad he didn't do it.

Rangers also got a bottom pairing d which hopefully means no more harpur.
