Part of me sometimes definitely feels like “I bend over backwards to give GREAT service for my entire job, can I at least get some decent service when I need something?” But realistically I can’t look at it like that. It doesn’t work like that. People are exhausted and service is a shitty job and instead of holding service workers to a certain standard because I do it (which is narc behavior), it’s my responsibility to put more work in to get a better job if I feel like that
