if you don’t acknowledge that accounting for and sometimes removing extreme outliers from the more prominent median values is actually how you correctly analyze things then you are misunderstanding the concept. “You can just Google this”

Well I've done this before multiple times and I've also looked at moving to both of these places but also you looking for a place isn't relevant to the cost of living of both places.... that's just you finding your own anecdotal evidence about one single portion of cost of living in one part of the city
