Yeah my desire to hang on the front porch would definitely depend on my neighborhood. Specifically, if I liked my neighbors or if it was kind of a noisy neighborhood with foot traffic and stuff to do.

get a wrap around porch so you can do both

I live in a condo complex and am on the bottom floor and if I sit out my little patio area then every single person wants to talk to me, including my 70 year old neighbor who has 3 dogs and walks them 400 times a day. She also def walks around my unit when I’m not home.

 

Literally all I want out of my next house lol

Is a wraparound porch something that everyone wants? Because I've always wanted one too lol. Just chill out there on the porch swing and drink tea

 

I had a nice covered porch. The biggest benefit was sitting on it during thunderstorms and watching the rain over the farmland.

we had a huge back deck. The biggest benefit was letting the dog out the back door and not having to leash him every time he had to potty.

I guess what I’m saying is I really miss my house.

 

I’ve seen them on a few houses I’ve looked at and it definitely is a selling point

 

I’ve been to Oklahoma plenty of times. I can confirm there are zero lakes.

 

A wraparound porch would be dope. Not many of them in Colorado though
