that’s exactly what we need, someone to stretch the field and back the safeties off, someone tall and athletic who can extend and give Trevor a bigger catch radius / a bigger buffer against press coverage in the end zone

I highly doubt they trade him unless they get like a 2nd round pick, but theres like a 2% chance he is re-signed

I love him but I can't justify paying him $12+ million/year seeing the offense this year. Rather spend that money on another OL or something and hit the draft for a "McDaniel" TE in the mid rounds.

I'm not saying any team SHOULD or WOULD do it, but thats what I would move him for. They don't have anyone else that can do what he does, and they are likely to be in the playoff hunt all year

also, they can likely get a 3rd round comp pick next year anyways for letting him walk
