• Apologize and condemn the film he promoted (not hard)
• Make a $500,000 donation to anti-hate causes (has a $33m/year contract, net worth of $90m... so also not hard)
• Complete sensitivity training (not hard)
• Complete anti-semetism training (not hard)
• Meet with the ADL and Jewish leaders (not hard!)
• Meet with team owner Joe Tsai to demonstrate an understanding of the situation (seems like it should be easy too!)

So, no LeBron, it's not excessive.

Like others have said in this thread it's far easier to speak out when someone is directly targeting your demographic than when it's about a group to which you do not belong.

It's funny how upset Lebron and others are about Kyrie having to make reparations before he can play again. He's not being banned from the NBA for life, and he's likely still going to land at least an eight figure deal next year. If someone in another line of work did what he did they'd likely be fired.
