It'll be interesting to see how the new CBA starts to effect what teams do this summer. Do they treat the second apron like a hard cap and avoid it at all costs? Or do teams with pricier rosters throw caution to the wind and go all-in on their players?

a lot of those new CBA rules (second apron pick freezing etc) don't start till next offseason I believe but I can see teams making moves this offseason to avoid that happening next year
