I hate it but am not pessimistic about it because he's basically a step above what he was doing before and everyone below him is a POC or that one white dude haha. Also, Jags are the most diverse we've ever been rn under Urban. This definitely to me comes off as a move where Urban is putting success ahead of morals and like, I'll take incredibly minor solace in the fact that he's putting aside morals for someone who is legitimately one of the best out there while almost every coach will put aside their morals for just some random dude they know even if they suck.

The second season is not

 

Writer's Guild strike fucked a lot of amazing TV.

 

You can really just skip season 2, and you probably should. Even though it has the most insane plot line of the whole series when the writers came back they did the right thing and just pretended it didn’t exist.

 

Don't they actually wrap back into that plot line later with Landry's dad or is that all the same season?

Either way it's the second greatest show of all time.

 

Eh it might fight to be in the top 5 but that’s not a knock, it’s great.

I can’t remember when that happens, it’s been a while since I’ve seen it. And I’ve never rewatched season 2 obviously

 

My fiancee just watched it and I didn't watch it with her because I was afraid to spoil stuff and she was like "Why was season 2 garbage"? and now she loves Tim Riggins.

 

Has another show completely changed the core cast and stayed just as good if not better?

 

The Wire is the only one I can think of

Idk if he’d sign with the Colts, but they love their 2 year, $30M deals with good olds and need an edge rusher or 3, so that might be a fit

 

Eh, both TE's can be cut, restructure Tuitt and Hayward and cut Haden and they have almost $30MM in cap space created there.

Hopefully Big Ben retires or is cut.
