yeah I just am trying to be realistic with myself because Meyer has ignored character concerns so much in his career. It’s gonna happen at some point.

 

yeah I would love that deal... we got James Robinson without even spending a draft pick lol.

Like, Robinson and Minshew were BARGAINS for not being highly touted prospects... but fuck it give me a good young TE for Robinson and a mid round pick for Minshew let’s go lol. I don’t even feel bad. New era for Jax.

I don’t understand the reaction lol what schefter said was still true. He just released it in a sleezy way.

 

if what Schefter said was untrue, Rodgers would have come out and disputed it by now. Instead, he has basically played into it

A good sign of bad reporting is continuing to have to clarify what you reported - and Schefter initially implied it was from Rodgers and his camp and today it’s reported that nothing from that camp told him anything

he wanted to create a story and that’s why he waited till draft day

dude sucks

 

I’m sure there is some truth to Rodgers being unhappy but Schefter and the rest of the national media are just blowing it way out of proportion but I guess it’s a slow part of the year so gotta make something up

 

I hope Air-Bud replaces Rodgers

 

I don’t recall him saying that his info came from Rodgers or his camp. The whole weekend was people wondering whether or not it did come from his camp.

 

That’s fair - I’m guess I’m just frustrated and it seems like the dude is backtracking and obviously it was shitty to do that story on draft day but oh well

No idea. I know they went to UConn for it. I met them interning at NBC Sports.

I really, really hope he can stay healthy.

 

McCourty has been really good for us, and didn’t really even take a step back. J.C. just stepped up and was destined to take over that role.
