you’re not joking. Online it was like $80 base. In store it was $139. Then it was an $11 packing in store fee, then it was $14 for insurance, then it was $25 for an additional handling fee.

so before the shipping materials, it was $191.29 before she rang me up for shipping materials.

Why am I paying an $11 fee to pack it in store AND for the materials? Pick a lane. Of course it needed the biggest box in the store, three bags of packing peanuts and a roll of bubble wrap but by fucking God he is getting the amp.

no, Jimmy’s sucks. The only that they are good at is Twitter clapbacks when they aren’t posting right wing dumbassery. So yeah, they are rarely good at anything. Would never go or eat there. Shitty ass food truck too that sometimes shows up at breweries I go to.

best crab cakes I’ve had at at this end unit townhome turned restaurant called Koco’s in the city. Other good spots are G&M by BWI and Pappas, which is a family-owned restaurant with a few locations. It’s actually my students family that owns it, but they are Oprah’s favorite. I don’t like Oprah, but she’s right on these.

for actual crabs, there’s only one restaurant I’d actually go to eat and it’s downtown called LP Steamers. Relatively close to the stadiums, so good if you want to make a day of it and do crabs and beer then catch the Os. Otherwise, there are plenty of seafood markets that will prepare and steam them for you to bring home and crack open on the deck yourself.

no matter what, do not ever order crab cakes at a chain restaurant like bonefish, or outside of the Chesapeake watershed anywhere. They will all be ass.

This is way more than anyone is asking for, but as a baltimoron, I’m passionate.

I don’t have a car right now, guys lol. I had to ship the amp. Bringing it back home myself would’ve been pretty hard to coordinate. Even if I brought it on a train, thing is like 70 pounds lol carrying it more than a couple blocks is tough.

DC is pretty accessible for now. I’ll buy another car when I’m done school.

In 2012 I moved to Seattle and the Seahawks won the Super Bowl shortly after.

Last September I moved to Tampa and the Bucs won the Super Bowl.

If the Bengals don't pick Sewell I swear to God I'll move to Cleveland to continue the pattern so the Browns take it all

    This is the correct answer

This is the exact description of where the best food usually comes from in a city known for "Food X". Is the stucco peeling, the Open sign only has the E partially lit, and from the outside you're pretty sure its a front for drugs...that place has the best cheesesteak/crabs/tacos/etc.

A close 2nd is the tiniest unit in a strip mall; if the sign says "Restaurant" or "Tacos", its especially great

This is very true. I set out one summer to find the best hot dog in America, ate 200+ hot dogs in 20+ states and the best one was a roadside place in Pennsylvania where the only thing around it was highway.
