Cash buyers suck

 

We were looking in an old neighborhood in East Austin because it was somewhat affordable and some guy bought 6 of 8 available houses cash, did some minimal renovations on them, and he's renting them out for probably double what the mortgage payment would be.

It's complete bullshit. And the people in that neighborhood are going to get taxed out over the next few years.

 

yeah this that shit that should just be very tightly regulated if at all allowed

get a job at Amazon and they’ll put you in one of their bunkers in the center of town. And when you’re stuck in traffic you can use the complementary empty 2 liter bottle they give you to relieve yourself in.

 

I would also add: investigate the neighbors. Not like an FBI background check, but do they look like loud white trash? Are they quiet old people? How long have they lived there? Does their yard look like shit? Even when I move apartments I’m always keeping an eye and ear out about the neighbors. Getting a bad neighbor can destroy getting your dream home.

 

Someone i worked with moved into a house and later saw a Nazi flag in his neighbor's garage. Gotta hope whenever they go to sell that the neighbor keeps the garage closed when people are touring the house.

Especially do this in college towns.

Ironically, I did that, found a place that has only a couple students and they're all grads, and as it turns out the big empty field behind our building gets used for weddings lol. So ya boy has heard SEVERAL rock covers of rap songs at 11 at night.

 

So you get a few free shows a year what's the problem

I don’t really like our backup LBs but Schobert and Jack should remain the primary ILBs so I’m Gucci with that @morgantayler . I see that as a depth signing

drafting pass rush is more important, since it’s no guarantee that Chaisson and Allen can play 3-4. I believe they can but we ought to draft competition just in case. (Though Zaven Collins could do that AND eventually replace Joe Schobert).

 

Not like Lazor was much better but he’s coached Dalton before!!!

 

Zaven would be mostly back-up ILB and I'm not concerned with replacing a player who is good and only one year into his five year deal.

 

idk I think we could use Zaven as OLB also and rotate him in. Cullen’s defense is also a bit of a hybrid and we probably have at least one 4-3 ish package he could be added onto the field

 

If that's the case then yeah, definitely could use him.

 

It’s worth nothing 5 year contracts are usually really 3 year contracts haha. If Collins falls in our lap it’s not a bad choice. We need depth at every LB position so why not get a guy who can literally move around and play them all lol. He’d end up with a solid amount of snaps even with Schobert

 

I like Schobert and his style of LBs typically age well. Even if it ends up that he's phased out as a starter but kept around, I'd like that.
