I don’t really agree we have a guy like him. He’s VERY different from Shenault or Agnew

 

Hes a slot guy who can and has also played RB. Wouldnt call him very different from Shenault at all

 

the role is similar but the style of play could not be more polar opposite haha

And I’m honestly willing to do things like invest in four primary receivers with Meyer at the helm haha

as I’ve told you before, I’m buying in. Since Meyer was very clear about “I’m going to inject some college spread into this offense, but be careful about maybe only doing it 40-50% of the time to keep teams off balance” I am all for setting up this offense kinda like you set up offenses in Madden lol

I was annoyed at first cause I thought Meyer was gonna just go balls to the wall with it. But since he clarified that he’s going to do it within reason and also put a lot of effort into learning / mixing in the NFL way of doing things, I’m very excited about this hybrid offense he proposes.

 

TO THE REST OF THE THREAD:

Does anyone have an opinion on Caden Sterns? He’s not highly rated anywhere else but NFL network loves him for some reason.

If he’s good too? Then damn, this is a deep ass safety class. 2021 is a fun draft. Most drafts are not this loaded at QB, T, and S.

I feel like someone in that position that didn’t want to be shady with massage therapists would have a really good ONE on call. Maybe even one that comes to their home so they don’t have to use back entrances.

 

I mean hand times are not off by that much. The idea that a hand time is wildly inaccurate is overblown. Typically Pro Day times are fast but usually by less than a tenth of a second. A 6’6” TE running 4.44 at his Pro Day is at least gonna run like a 4.52 at the Combine. Still an outstanding time, still shows he runs like Darren Waller.

And now they are able to use HD video technology to freeze frame the dude’s foot hitting the 40-yard mark, so if anything manual times are more accurate than they used to be.

 

This Watson shit is blowing my mind.

Starting to feel like people just shouldn’t have that kind of money or power period. Not even those we sympathize with, such as athletes who might have grown up in rough neighborhoods or something. It’s so easy to smile to the public’s face and be downright disgusting in private.
